We’re with the happy couple above in thinking that the finest steaks come from beef raised on grass. A feed of plain grass produces the healthiest cows with steaks that taste wonderful.

Grain feeds can help tenderness, but who wants a steak that you can moosh with a fork?
Our grass-fed beef is aged for 4 or 5 weeks to achieve its optimum tenderness and deepen its superb flavour.
